By installing and using the ReBody app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. All scores, metrics and recommendations are for general guidance. If you have any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything in the App.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Delete account).
You must not use the App unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or access other users’ data.
All rights in the App and its content belong to the provider. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the provider’s place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
